The juice of zucchini is somewhat bland so you might want to add other vegetables to the mix when you juice them. - 3 large carrots
- 2 apples
- 2 medium unpeeled zucchini

- 1 apple or pear
- 2 zucchini
- 1-cup kale

- ¼ lemon (peel removed)
- 1 inch (1/2 cm) piece of ginger
