Ingredients
punnet strawberries
½ cup quinoa (cooked according to packet)
200g baby spinach or green salad leaves of your choice
handful of chopped walnuts
50g goats cheese
balsamic vinegar
olive oil
Method
Mix the strawberry, quinoa and spinach together in a salad bowl and dress with a splash of olive oil and balsamic.
Break the goats cheese over the top and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
