Discontinued Items:

Unfortunately Phoenix drinks are having supply issues with their Cola nut drink. So for now it will be discontinued until they can replenish their stock.

Ivyhome is also being discontinued due to lack of supply and sales….we would need to move to a fortnightly order and this means older dairy stock on the shelves. We decided against that and replaced Ivyhome 1lt. milk with Barambah 1lt milk. It will be available from this week!

strawberry-salad-fbIngredients:

punnet of strawberries
1/2 cup quinoa – cooked according to packet
200g baby spinach or green salad leaves
handful of chopped walnuts
50g goats cheese
balsamic vinegar
olive oil
Method:

Mix the strawberries, quinoa and spinach together in a salad bowl and dress with a splash of olive oil and balsamic.
Break the goats cheese over the top and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
